Position Summary:
The Sr Financial Analyst will support the Finance Team through preparation of monthly and quarterly analysis of company results, assisting in the development of multi-year financial plans and quarterly forecasts, taking a leading role on critical project analysis, rigorous data analysis, and close coordination and support of key departments and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating financial information to cross-functional teams to promote understanding and alignment
  • Produce quarterly Finance board meeting slides and monthly board reporting
  • Gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Building and maintaining complex financial models to support analysis and forecasting
  • Partnering with operational leaders to analyze business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Support multi-year strategic planning process and development of all aspects of the annual financial plan and monthly forecasts by supporting the Senior Finance Team and functional managers
  • Monitor key performance indicators specific to the company and provide high impact analysis to management
  • Utilize NetSuite, Excel and other tools to create financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, and identify trends, risks and potential areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain key models and analyses to help leadership in the organization make decisions and provide reporting to investors
  • Provide modeling and analysis support for M&A activities
  • Special projects and ad-hoc requests as required
  • Develop cross functional relationships with business departments
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of FP&A, modeling and analysis experience required, preferably in a healthcare related business
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Must be highly organized with the capacity and ability to ensure that all aspects of their work on budgets, forecasts, and other analysis is accurate
  • Metrics driven and results oriented, with a strong desire to learn; demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong ability to work with team members in a hands-on and collaborative approach
  • Must understand key concepts of financial statement analysis and corporate finance
  • Must be able to develop and execute detailed analysis and complex models
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive highly desirable
  • Advanced Excel and modeling skills
  • Flexible, creative self-starter who is highly driven and self-motivated
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Power BI skills highly desired
