Job Title Relationship Coordinator Corporate Title Associate Location Miami, FL Overview As a Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to one or more bankers in maintaining key client relationships / revenue streams. You will serve as the primary day to day contact for clients. You will act independently as a liaison between clients, bankers, and operations staff, responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will have substantial, direct interaction with clients and prospects, fielding inquiries, doing research, preparing presentations, and executing special requests. You will have a general knowledge of all Private Wealth Management products and services, guidelines and procedures and be able to research account transactions records to resolve discrepancies and answer questions or provide documentation on client activities. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Miami office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Miami is $90,000 to $139,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
