TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work with a well-known insurance claims solutions company in the Hermitage, TN area. If you have 2-3+ years of customer service experience and are looking to work with a great company - apply today! * Pay: $19.00-20.00/hour * Shift: Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-6pm * In-office position: Office located in Hermitage, TN (MUST BE LOCATED IN THE HERMITAGE AREA) Job Duties * High volume of outbound and inbound phone calls regarding hail damaged automobiles * Handle calls from insurance members with damaged automobiles to assist will hail damage claim and schedule repair * Schedule an estimate for damage with an adjustor and walk claimant through process * Answer questions via website chat in addition to phone calls Skills & Qualifications * 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience * HS Diploma * Computer savvy - able to navigate though multiple systems * Professional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work on-site 5 days/week Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
