*Position: *Technical Business Analyst
*Duration: *12 month contract *Location: *Omaha, NE *Work Environment: *REMOTE *Job Description* MUST HAVE previous Medicare Advantage or Affordable Care Act (ACA) and knowledge of Marketplace. This person will be supporting multiple workstreams. Previous experience working on enrollment and customer service within Medicare Advantage. * Experience working in advanced Excel, CMS, SAS, SQL, and Python in this role. * Will be the liaison between operations and data engineering team. * Will gather requirements, built reports, validated data, scrubbed data and has experience working with executive leadership. Our client is looking to bring in some of their Medicare Advantage services which was outsourced, back in-house. BA role is needed to support Project managers and make sure they're adequately able to gather requirements, build out the road map, and run a successful product implementation. Need a technical business analyst with experience working in large IT projects across an enterprise-wide operation. * Core data-need someone who can manipulate the very large and stagnant data set they have but ALSO build a Tableau or PowerBI report from it. * Proficiency in SQL and Data Analytics * Advanced Excel Skills * Strong Analytic skills to construct impactful findings from the extraction, manipulation, and understanding of various types of data. * Team will likely consist of Program Manager, Tech Lead, BA, PM, Data Analyst and Data Engineer, QA, and IS representative *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
