Transform Facilities at JLL with your leadership experience as a Regional IFM Leadsitting at the clients world headquarters.

As a key client-facing position, the Regional Facilities Manager Lead serves as the primary liaison between JLL and the client's corporate real estate team. The Regional Facilities Manager Lead oversees, guides, and mentors a team of Sr. FMs, FMs, AFMs and Chief Engineers with responsibility for service and customer experience. Leads all Integrated Facilities Management activities for the clients world headquarters and central portfolio region of the U.S. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in JLL's continued growth and client satisfaction in this dynamic market. Works closely with senior executive client contacts to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery and implementation of IFM operational activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the key leadership contact shape the future of their regional portfolio and drive excellence in facility management across their respected region.

Title: Integrated Facilities Management Lead

Reports to: Account Lead - North America

Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Client World Headquarters in Austin, TX 78741 + travel required to (TX, IL, OH, CO, KS, MO, NC, FL & TN)

Travel requirements: Central U.S. sites client sites in assigned region a couple times a quarter/every other month for 2-3 days

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • The Regional Facility Manager Lead (RM), will be responsible for the delivery of quality facility management services in multiple sites across the central portfolio region of the U.S.

  • The RM coordinates account related deliverables and responds to client satisfaction issues for effective reporting and service

  • Manages the administration of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system elements within their region. Owns the responsibility of the processing of work orders and related invoicing to reconcile vendor activities, coordinate site resources, and engineering delivery.

  • The RM performs facility condition inspections to grade building systems and schedule maintenance projects and maintain account financials

  • Manage vendor performance to satisfy client's request within scope of service

  • Work with Americas Account Director to oversee the delivery of maintenance/repair services, work place experience and excellent client/customer support.

  • Coordination of Site Engineering teams for effective asset management and work order resolution with strong partnership with the Engineering and PDS/MAC/OP teams.

  • Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management and Workplace Experiences services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction

  • Interface with customers of client properties- RM is the face of JLL customer service at the regional level

  • Key in the development and management of capital budgets

  • Support the Account team in the implementation of short and long-term projects/initiatives for the client

  • Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Account

  • Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client

  • Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors

  • Evaluate technician and subcontractor performance

  • Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards and client's standard processes

  • Availability during office hours with the expectation to be available for periodic meetings across time zones and emergencies as needed

  • Up to 25% domestic travel is required

  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • A Minimum of 15 years of work experience managing a multi-million square foot commercial real estate portfolio within a geographic region as a third-party provider, corporate, or as a consultant

  • A Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a senior leadership role, oversight of facilities operations and services, client relationship management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in high-touch client satisfaction environments

  • Ensure appropriate triage and execution of all facilities related tasks in alignment with KPI/SLA targets

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electricity, telecommunications, furniture and building energy management systems

  • Prove Success in managing hard and soft services, including vendor management

  • Proven success managing subtenants and lease portfolios, lease management

  • Proven success in working at a client corporate headquarters

  • Experience in expense and budgeting management

  • Experience in capital planning and capital projects

  • Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to gather data, assess situations, and swiftly develop and execute solutions

  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and digital tools

Must be located in Austin, TX metro area (relocation assistance is not available for this role)
