Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client requests via phone or email promptly, handling tasks such as closing accounts, taking payments, and providing account updates.
• Gather and notate missing information needed for account resolution, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Review and send daily/weekly client reports, including address updates, payment plans, and write-off reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to company policies and maintaining a professional attitude.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Healthcare documentation processing and billing
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage difficult situations.
• Computer skills: you know how to connect to a VPN and set up a laptop
• Self-guided worker with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word and Excel).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or GED required;
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until February 13, 2025.

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - 18.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
