About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Owner to join us. This role is 100% remote supporting EST work hours. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for creating & delivering, in a timely and accurate fashion, Salesforce and related platform solutions. The candidate will contribute to the solution design, development, and support of Salesforce-related engagements. In addition, this team member will be a trusted advisor to our team and clients with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and the potential of other Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as MuleSoft. Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
- Review solutions and recommend improvements
- Share knowledge and recommendations across the range of the salesforce ecosystem(Core, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Data Cloud. etc)
- Aid in refining the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
- Provide guidance on user story writing style
- Groom and refine clients' Salesforce product backlogs, in liaison with client SMEs
- Support the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting the design and development of Salesforce systems
- Experience in working within an enterprise environment including integrations
- Experience in Salesforce end-to-end implementation engagements as a team lead
- Ability to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and make recommendations
- Proficiency in programming using SFDX and at least one other CICD tool
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming including APIs
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and related JavaScript frameworks
Education and Required Skills/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 10 years in IT and 5+ years in Salesforce
- At least 5 Salesforce Certifications:
- Administrator (Required)
- Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant (Required)
- Platform Developer 1 (Required)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Preferred)
- Architect Certifications(Preferred)
- Any additional Certifications
- Experience mentoring, growing, and scaling teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously as well as on a team
- Evidence of technical community engagement (blogs, papers, public speaking, social media)
