Manages and executes operational excellence on all Strategic ProSolutions projects within theProSolutions district Assists local sales with Scoping Strategic ProSolutions projects within the ProSolutions district Conducts regular classroom and hands on product training with ProSolutions team to include both salesand service staff Monitors and conducts quality control checks of ProSolutions inventory. Insures equipment preparedness and adequate bulk inventory is maintained at each location. Proper specification of bulk inventory; reports maintenance issues and bulk inventory needs anddiscrepancies to Branch and District Manager Requirements 3-5 years field experience working with HVAC, Power Generation and/or Pumping Systems Technicaldegree or professional certification or license preferred Skills Expert with portable HVAC and Power systems Ability to size and scope HVAC requirements Ability to size and scope Power requirements Ability to troubleshoot and repair system issues Ability to operate all HERC ProSolutions equipment Ability to train and lead others Req #: 61523 Pay Range: $95,000- $105,000 plus quarterly bonus Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
