Job SummaryWe have a great opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in our Pharma Marketing Division to join the team and experience hands-on learning and training. This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, Illinois 3+ days per week. U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization. Pay rate is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on completed academic years Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships. Responsibilities This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, Illinois3+ days per week. Must commit to 10 weeks of internship. Primary responsibilities will be to develop product training materials to support sales training. Develop promotional marketing commercial materials (sales aid, email template, messaging tools for dose optimization, drug diversion prevention and +RFID smart-labeled products) to support AA portfolio products. Attend all appropriate staff meetings, provide Ad-Hoc market reviews and analysis using our business analytic tools, attend all AA meetings to gain exposure to the Pharmaceutical Business from Plant interactions to Customer Service and Field Sales. Gain exposure to pharmaceutical marketing and sales cross-functional teams. Understand production planning and supply chain. Interact on pricing decisions and contracting decisions. Establish meetings with other Fresenius Kabi colleagues to gain meaningful and enduring business relationships. Create and present a final marketing internship presentation to all colleagues. Ideal Candidate Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required. Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong achievement orientation with creative problem solving and innovative mindset. Able to manage multiple complex projects with solid time management skills.
