Facilitates production of events by coordinating with performing groups, arranging publicity, and approving expenditures. About the Department and/or College Successful candidates will be expected to foster a values-based environment within the School and to develop collegial relationships with faculty, staff, and students at TTU and the TTUHSC and other institutions as appropriate. Prepare reports (compiling and analyzing program statistics), program marketing, and communications. Communicate with appropriate Health Sciences Center and main campus contacts, as needed. Participate in strategic planning and assists with establishing program standards and objectives. Complete other program-related duties, as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Independent judgment, strong organization and communication skills and a superior customer service focus. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and meeting external, hard deadlines. Ability to work with a diverse community including students, faculty, administrators. Superb organization and communication skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience equal to five years. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of higher education and/or state institutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Master's degree. Experience in higher education program management.
