Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Indianapolis, IN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Reporting to the Global TA Operations & Change Manager, you will establish best-in-class TA Operational processes across our full spectrum of talent provision, including Early, mid, and Contingent hiring.
  • This will be though a combination of (but not limited to) vendor / supplier management, continuous improvement, tech enablement, and process redesign.
  • As the manager of TA Operations and Change for an assigned region(s), you will represent local business needs by proposing and implementing changes in local labor law, aligning it with TA strategy, and ensuring global consistency where achievable.
  • You will establish and maintain high operational standards in talent acquisition within the region(s).
  • This involves ensuring consistent processes, metrics, and best practices are implemented to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will oversee recruitment process standards from requisition to onboarding.
  • Your goal is to streamline and optimize the process to attract and hire top talent efficiently.
  • Working with the TA Operations and Change Manager, you will drive continuous improvement of delivery via our supplier network and internal teams involved in the talent acquisition process.
  • This entails building good partnerships, setting expectations, and ensuring best practice delivery.
  • You will also work to optimize vendor relationships, technology platforms, and tools to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Working with the TA Operations and Change Manager you will maintain a governance and risk framework to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition.
  • This encompasses both our internal RR processes and external governance frameworks, which are maintained and operational by our supplier network.
  • You will support the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.
  • This involves identifying areas for enhancement, implementing process improvements, and measuring the impact of these changes.
  • You will also leverage data and analytics to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of talent acquisition processes, policies, and best practices for your region(s).
  • This resource will be accessible to internal stakeholders and be a reference for consistent execution and training.
  • Understands an outsourced relationship.
  • Measuring success with the relationship and having a systematic approach to resolving and investigating.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $57.26/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (6 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 4 years of RPO experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Root cause analysis.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in MS Office.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Workday recruitment.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in operational talent acquisition best practice business assurance processes, policy management, legislation, and compliance.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in working collaboratively to deliver change.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in external recruitment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma Lean experience.
  • Get involved and not afraid to dive in and do the work.
  • Energy, Drive, Time Management, and Take Ownership.
  • Lots of emails and time management.
  • Change management projects or process improvement work.
  • Understanding of permanent and contingent hire processes, policies, and legislation.
  • Commitment to delivering the best customer experience through talent acquisition processes.
  • Operational change management & project management capability.
  • Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills.
  • Ability to provide key meaningful insights and drive change through a value-led approach.
  • Continual commitment to personal learning demonstrated the ability to build on learning and share within the broader TA function.
