Overview: Troubleshoot Windows 11 Azure, Mac, & Exchange - Associate System Administrator

(Remote) Position can be done work from home.

Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Mac Desktop, Azure, Package Deployment, Remote Access, Triage Office 365 and other mobile and desktop apps. On Call Rotation Required.

Primary Function
Manages servers, storage, operating systems and applications to ensure availability, recoverability, performance, integrity and supportability through production support and maintenance of existing systems and development and implementation of systems enhancements

All positions in this job family participate, to some degree, in the following activities:

Production Support monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced customer support

Deployment / Implementation planning and executing the implementation of new applications or system integration and testing

Design researching, recommending and designing new technologies, new configurations and enhancements to existing systems; providing consulting advice to customers on the capabilities of the network environment

Qualifications:

• Experience: Some Experience
• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
• Other: Understand basic network concepts General understanding of a variety of operating systems Ability to work in a complex technical environment
