We are looking for an experienced RF Technician to join our client's team in Uniondale, NY. They are an aerospace electronics manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF/analog circuitry. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair RF communication systems, ensuring all components function to specification.
- Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of analog circuitry in a lab environment.
- Conduct routine calibration checks and preventive maintenance on RF equipment, ensuring it meets all performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, repairs, and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Work closely with engineers, RF techs, and assemblers to ensure smooth integration of RF systems into aircraft parts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working with high-precision equipment in the lab environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to process improvements within the RF team.
What you'll get:
- Salary: $50,000 - 65,000/yr. based on experience

Work Environment:
- The RF Technician will work onsite in a lab setting within a team of 10 people, including managers, engineers, assemblers, and other RF technicians.
- The position follows a 9/80 daytime schedule with 4-day weeks (36 hours one week, 40 hours the next), giving you an extra day off every other Friday.
- All positions are onsite, and team members work closely together in a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with RF/analog circuitry
- Strong theoretical knowledge of RF/analog systems, with proficiency in troubleshooting, calibration, and testing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field, with training provided as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Electronics or a related field
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry
