Position Overview The Electronic Payments Representative is responsible for the processing of daily Wire Transfers as part of the Electronic Payments processing area. This is a temporary position with a duration of three months. Essential Job Functions Primary duties will focus on Wire Transfer and Foreign Exchange activities, with backup ACH services occurring on an as-needed basis. Ensure that Wire processed have been completed accurately, and approved by the appropriate level of authority, with any exceptions clearly noted for Audit purposes. Review incoming wires that do not auto post. Balance daily wire logs. Uphold Bank policy & procedures relative to electronic payment processing. Review OFAC queues ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High school diploma and one or more years of banking experience, or related; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Competencies Strong communication skills (verbal/written) Ability to work well with others Strong computer proficiency Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Location Details This position requires the incumbent to work onsite on a daily basis to perform the regular responsibilities of the role. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $20.10 - $21.50/hour Old Second is committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
