University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant to join our Solid Organ Transplant Surgery practice in Minneapolis. In This Role, You Will: Coordinates and facilitates the delivery of care to adult kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant surgery patients in the pre-transplant, waitlist, and early post-transplant phases of care, as well as vascular access patients. Performs physical examinations and minor, in-office procedures. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs. Recommends treatment and prescribes medication. Consults with physicians (as needed) and makes appropriate referrals for evaluation or treatment. This is primarily an outpatient position; however, some inpatient work may be required. In This Role, You Will: Schedule:
