The Opportunity: We are seeking a full time IT Project Manager & Process Analyst to join our team. This role will create and monitor technical project plans. Identify resources needed and assist in the assignment of responsibilities. Analyze issues, and recommend, plan and document processes to improve overall quality, quantity and efficiency. Operate under deadlines independently or with general direction.
What You'll Do:

  • Create and execute technical project work plans and revise to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Recommend and assist in the re-engineering of processes and assignment of project resources within IM&D.
  • Monitor project progress, including timelines and milestones, and recommend adjustments to ensure projects are on time, on spec, and on budget.
  • Coordinate interviews and needs assessment with end user departments to determine proposed project feasibility and requirements.
  • Maintain a continuous process improvement practice and philosophy.
  • Provide input to business plans, technology solutions, strategic plans and budgets.
  • Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote high quality software implementation throughout the project and software life cycle.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of IM&D policies, procedures and standards.
  • Recommend, maintain and communicate Project Management Methodologies (PMM).
  • Support user needs in area of documentation and problem resolution within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Keep IT and end user departments informed of project status.
  • Adhere to established security policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of vendor relationships.
  • Recommend development, training, and analyst resources as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • Four years' experience with project management standards and practices.
  • Two years' experience with MS Office suite or like products.
  • Two years' experience with Windows operation systems.
  • One year experience with SharePoint or other groupware solution.
  • One year experience with Internet browsers and email clients.
  • Two or more years' experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Two years' experience creating, testing and documenting technical documentation.
  • Excellent customer support skills.
  • Consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
  • Occasional travel for training or conferences.
  • On call support 7x24 with 30-minute response, as needed.
  • Extended duration of computer terminal usage.
