Part-Time Leasing Specialist
Location: Madison, WI & Sun Prairie, WI
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Weekends required: Saturday & Sunday 10 AM - 3 PM, plus flexible weekday hours)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Assist Prospective Residents - Provide property tours, answer questions, and guide applicants through the leasing process.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service - Engage with residents to create a welcoming and supportive community.
- Handle Leasing and Marketing Tasks - Follow up with prospects, process applications, and assist with marketing efforts.
- Manage Resident Needs - Help with lease renewals, paperwork, and resident inquiries.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in leasing, customer service, or sales.
- Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 3 PM) with flexibility for weekday hours.
