As a Senior HRBP, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and addressing complex employee concerns. Your expertise in handling employee relations issues, promoting fair treatment, and supporting a collaborative and high-performance culture will be crucial in achieving our organizational goals. Position Purpose: As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, with a primary focus on employee relations. You will work closely with managers and employees to resolve conflicts, ensure fair and consistent treatment, and create strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Your role will help shape a positive workplace culture while addressing issues related to employee conduct, performance, and overall workplace well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HRBP role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable. Skills:
