We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) who is passionate about building and maintaining strong employee relations within our organization. As a Senior HRBP, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and addressing complex employee concerns. Your expertise in handling employee relations issues, promoting fair treatment, and supporting a collaborative and high-performance culture will be crucial in achieving our organizational goals.

Position Purpose: As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, with a primary focus on employee relations. You will work closely with managers and employees to resolve conflicts, ensure fair and consistent treatment, and create strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Your role will help shape a positive workplace culture while addressing issues related to employee conduct, performance, and overall workplace well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

  • Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and supporting managers in addressing employee concerns.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that employee relations practices comply with relevant labor laws and organizational policies, and proactively manage potential legal risks related to employee issues.

  • Performance and Conduct Management: Advise on performance management processes, including coaching, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans, to help resolve employee issues and maintain a high level of performance across teams.

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, ensuring employees feel heard, valued, and supported.

  • Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints and concerns, providing recommendations for resolution and ensuring fairness and consistency in outcomes.

  • Training and Support: Provide training to managers on best practices for managing employee relations, handling conflict, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

  • Change Management: Assist with the integration of new policies, procedures, and organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing employee disruption.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HRBP role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.

  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data analytics.
