Responsibilities:



  • Supports process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance)
  • Executes plant trials documenting equipment settings, key observations and trial outcomes
  • Collect samples for lab analyses to assure that product meets specifications
  • Review and interpret data to provide recommendations and next steps
  • Perform routine data entry in computer and support, sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and quality testing
  • Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Currently enrolled in a college/university earning a degree in Food Science/Biology or similar undergraduate field
  • Interest in R&D/Product Development
