Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $18.70/hr

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM & Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running various deburring equipment, ensuring efficient and accurate operation. You'll identify issues during the work process, position workpieces, and inspect parts daily using various types of inspection equipment. While the work can be repetitive, it requires sustained focus on quality and detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Detailed part deburring
• Manual part marking using Vibropeen and engraver
• Component assembly and disassembly
• Surface finish enhancement
• Repeated deburring functions with focus on quality
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Perform minor maintenance on tools
• Function effectively within a team environment
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management
• General part cleaning
• Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (documentation required)
• Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s) (documentation required)
• Ability to deburr parts with attention to detail
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to read simple part drawings
• Proficient in using micrometers and dial calipers accurately
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• 3+ years of detailed deburring experience
