Your role with us As a Sterile Processing Technician III, you will be a vital contributor to ensuring the highest standards of surgical safety and operational efficiency at Salem Health. Leveraging your advanced expertise, attention to detail, and organizational acumen, you will oversee the cleaning, sterilization, preparation and secure storage of instruments. In this senior role, you will also be responsible for preparing complex case carts for the operating room, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are precisely organized for critical procedures. Your leadership in sterilization practices will support exceptional patient outcomes and uphold the integrity of our surgical services. What you'll do:
