Shift hours 7am-3:30pm

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Assist in setting up packout lines and give direction to employees as to how the job should be handled according to customers' specifications.
  • Tape boxes, roll large quantities of paper and styrene, operate skid-banding machine, change out pad pack machine, staple cartons and do scrapping.
  • Do handwork such as strips, toppers, base wraps, collating, hand taping, building frames, stretching canvas, cutting product and constructing misc. items.
  • Keep track of productivity hours and ensure that all paperwork is filled out and charges are accurate.
  • Fix minor issues on case sealer, banders, as well as exchange out material needed for all of these machines.
  • Assist Maintenance with putting up racks throughout Fulfillment and Inventory departments. Help maintain a clean area by disposing of garbage, sweeping and cleaning up as needed.
  • Maintain a professional look to the area and product by ensuring labels and stacking are straight.
  • Be leaders in the department to set examples and guidance to contingent workforce and foster a positive team work environment.
  • Assist Finishing Operators as needed.
  • Be flexible to fill-in for others throughout the Fulfillment team as needed.
  • Support and complete any and all documentation or processes required by the company's Quality Program.
  • Available for Saturday hours if needed.

Regularly lift up to 40 lbs and/or occasionally push/pull up to 70 lbs

Operate Fork truck as needed. Training will be provided.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $18 hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
