Why M Physicians? The Senior Patient Account Specialist is responsible for interfacing directly with patients, insurance carriers, internal medical personnel, external health care facilities, social service agencies and external collection agencies via phone, mail or in person regarding outstanding patient balances. Researches and resolves concerns related to billing inquiries, patient concerns or complaints with a patient-centered approach by resolving concerns timely and accurately and to promote patient satisfaction and efficient reimbursement. What you will do as a Senior Patient Account Specialist:
Location: At this time, this position will be working remote* (MN residents only) *Some in-office time may be required.
