Position Overview:
Summer Internship to assist Quality Control with projects. This position will report to the Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine microbial, chemical and product sampling to assure that QA/HACCP/SQF/SSOP standards are being maintained
  • Maintain proper documentation in order to assure adherence to specifications
  • Collect samples for lab analyses to assure that product meets specifications
  • Perform routine data entry in computer
  • Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis


Qualifications:



  • Currently enrolled in a college/university earning a degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field
