Summary The Sensory Supervisor is responsible for managing numerous team members and achieving exceptional program execution. They are expected to make decisions regarding associate and operations management at their assigned locations. They must be astute decision makers, effective communicators, detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Event Management Additional Expectations * Executes verbal and written business communications in a manner that effectively achieves business objectives, reflects the Company's commitment to integrity, and advances Company policies (including Code of Business Conduct and Ethics). Travel and/or Driving Requirements Driving is an essential duty or function of this job, as there is travel between stores each weekend.
