We're looking for an experiencedSenior Program Manager to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee complex IT engineering and big data projects within a high-security government environment. You will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and driving initiatives within AI/MLOps and DevSecOps ecosystems. Typical duties include tracking project performance, engaging with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This position is contingent upon contract award.


What we are looking for:

  • 7-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in IT engineering or big data environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects using non-traditional methodologies (e.g., Agile) within big data, AI/MLOps, and DevSecOps environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a military or government setting managing projects in engineering, IT, or data science.
  • Strong ability to track and report personnel utilization and budget usage across portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across DoD and cross-organizational teams.
  • Active certification in one of the following:

    • Project Management Institute (PMI)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)




Major Duties/Tasks:

  • Lead and manage large-scale IT, AI, and big data projects within a high-security environment.
  • Utilize Agile and non-traditional methodologies to drive project success in AI/MLOps and DevSecOps.
  • Track and report on personnel utilization and budget expenditures across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Engage with government and military stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


Clearance Requirements:



  • Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility


Work Type:



  • Onsite McLean, VA
  • May require up to 10% travel


Salary Range:



  • $150,000 - $200,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
