Jefferson Medical Group (JMG) is seeking an experienced Director of Clinician Recruitment to lead our team dedicated recruiters focused on sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top physicians and advanced practice clinicians. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, oversee the integration of advanced recruitment technologies, and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Your leadership and proactive approach to problem solving will be essential in aligning recruitment strategies with our broader workforce needs and ensuring that we attract the high-caliber clinical talent necessary to drive our mission of excellence in patient care.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring that recruitment efforts align with Jefferson Health's strategic goals.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that encompass workforce planning, pipeline development, and retention initiatives tailored to clinicians.
  • Internal Stakeholder Partnerships: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders-including clinical and administrative leadership-to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational priorities and meet evolving workforce needs.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for recruitment activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with overall financial goals.
  • Technology Management: Oversee and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to enhance process efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Brand & Experience: Partner with Marketing to drive clinician branding and recruitment marketing efforts to position JMG as an employer of choice in the competitive healthcare market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Director of Provider Services and other key teams to ensure recruitment initiatives support broader organizational objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to institutional, regulatory, and industry standards.
