The primary purpose of this position is to gather, interpret, and use data to help the PDC Leadership Team make informed decisions. This position requires a mix of technical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Describe, in order of importance, the primary duties and/or responsibilities to be performed, methods used, and why. Statement should include WHAT, HOW, and WHY)

Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on data insights to optimize processes, improve efficiency, or enhance decision-making.
Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to support strategic initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on progress and findings.

Tools & Technology: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to streamline data analysis and reporting.

Adherence to Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines and procedures
