Fraser Michigan M - F 8:30am to 5:00pm Job Overview The primary purpose of this position is to support Product Management (indirectly sales and customer service) by owning certain administrative processes and initial product inquiries for Healthmark, A Getinge Company. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Provide in-depth knowledge and support to various internal product and sales teams
- Work collaboratively with the Product Management team to ensure that all incoming customer/sales requests are reviewed and resolved, or passed to the appropriate group, within 24-48 hours of receipt
- Resolve intermediate-to-difficult problems independently, while collaborating with senior level employees on more complex problems/crosses
- Accurately cross-reference and/or research external brands to identify corresponding Healthmark/ Getinge products. Own all master cross files with PMs and update regularly via version-controlled documents
- Log gaps in product offerings by keeping a record of asked for, but not currently offered, products. Present to PM team quarterly and work with the relevant product manager on any future next steps, including assisting in new vendor and item set-up
- Assist in the Quality Complaint process by sending received concerns to the Quality team while keeping the PM in the loop
- Log common troubleshooting questions and customer challenges to assess gaps in product sales tools and collateral.
- Provide administrative support to PM team, such as completing data entry in software programs and checking marketing documentation / IFU drafts for grammatical errors and formatting issues
Minimum Requirements
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling, VLOOKUP, concatenate)
- Strong written communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to process all relevant details, understand and prioritize their importance, and draw clear and concise conclusions
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
