Executive Protection Department is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of high-profile individuals within the organization, including executives, Board members, and other key personnel. Through a combination of intelligence-driven risk assessments, threat monitoring, and strategic security measures, the team ensures a proactive and adaptive approach to executive safety. Focused on discretion and rapid response, the Executive Protection Department plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization's leadership and maintaining business continuity. Position Summary The Senior Executive Protection Program Manager will develop and implement the strategic plan and program design for the Executive Protection Team. You will conduct research and benchmark with peers to ensure the Executive Protection Team has the most up to date standards and procedures, training, equipment, and tactics to keep the CEO safe from harm. You will ensure all appropriate records and certifications are completed and maintained in accordance with Federal and State laws, as well as company policy. The role is hybrid working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office based on business needs. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
