Do you have billing/invoicing experience working for an automotive dealership? Staffmark is seeking new talent in Venice, FL, and hiring a new Customer Quotation Coordinator to join our successful and stable partner company. The Customer Quotation Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, developing quotes, and maintaining a general understanding of the repair process
as it relates to Standard Repair Times and parts pricing. If you have strong customer service, communication, time management, and organizational skills and are detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply today for this exciting opportunity!

Pay: $18 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Assignment Duration: This position is projected to last 4-5 months, but can transition to a temp-to-hire position with an exceptional work ethic and attendance record.

Essential Functions:



  • Answer phone calls, and provide price quotes and other billing information to customers.
  • Review estimates to verify the parts for customer quotes are correct and all pricing is in line with the quote.
  • Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers, ensuring the right information is on the invoice.
  • Communicate with other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of price quotes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective.
  • Maintain customer rapport by explaining quotes and obtaining approval of estimates.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary tool to manage assigned Quote queue (May use additional secondary systems including Auto integrate, Holman, and Element for fleet management quoting/billing).

Qualifications:



  • H.S. Diploma/GED.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, customer service, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
