Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Responsibilities Performs all aspects of case management to improve the long-term wellness of patients, becoming an advocate for our patients through coordination of care. Qualifications Job Requirements: Oklahoma LPN Licensure At least one year in an acute care hospital setting
