Responsibilities

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Come join a flexible and responsive IT environment to quickly meet evolving and changing mission priorities for an IC customer. Mission operations supported include strategic and tactical intelligence analysis and integration; screening, vetting, and watchlisting; situational awareness; and strategic planning. Operate and maintain the IT environment, integrate new systems into the environment from separate developers, design, develop, and implement enhancements to the IT environment that will provide the stability and flexibility required to meet mission needs and support other mission partners. Follow a DevSecOps execution model that integrates services, hardware, software, and data support; incorporates new sources; maintains ingestion services as formats/schemas change; improves throughput and efficiency; develops and deploys self-service tools to exploit and use data more quickly, thoroughly, and robustly; and manages compliance requirements as may be necessary to satisfy service, application, tool, data, and other IT mission needs. Though the majority of applications have been migrated to the cloud, there are multiple independent on-premises networks. Maintain hardware and network connections inside the enclaves and other external mission partners; the majority of all servers are virtualized.

Applicant will:

    Works with subject matter experts and instructional designers to determine training requirements and deliver training to support these requirements.
  • Writes instructor training manuals, detailing class objectives, schedule, activities and lesson plans.
  • Designs and produce training tools, such as job aids, how-to articles, practice exercises, assessments, and quick reference guides.
  • Sets up and maintains classroom environment and courseware in Blackboard.
  • Delivers train-the-trainer and instructor-led training, using Blackboard LMS.
  • Encourages classroom participation and facilitates change management for target audience.
  • Evaluates and adapts to variances in learning styles within an audience.
  • Use student satisfaction survey input to evaluate and improve courseware.
  • Efficiently works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Effectively works with a cross-functional team (, subject matter experts from various disciplines, instructional designers, technical writers, and management).
  • Produces professional deliverables using Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools, such as Confluence.

**This position is contingent on contract award.**



Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in coordinating or running training programs within the IC or with curriculum development for training classes
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and leverage SMEs to synthesize disparate technical and non-technical information to build comprehensive onboarding and mission familiarization documents
  • Ability to use training materials, resources, media, and technology to include the audience in cultivating a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement
  • Ability to develop technical training presentations and brief large audiences
  • Ability to identify training gaps in an organization, define root problems, and develop appropriate and practical solutions
  • Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and innovate to succeed in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment, composing client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reports
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Associate's degree

  • Experience in researching and writing background papers, talking points, and statements
  • Experience in interacting with IC partners
  • Experience with language transcription
  • Ability to provide executive-level briefings
  • Possession of excellent relationship building, organizational, and time management skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Completion of Formal Instructor or Training Course, including 450, 451, 452, or JCAC Course

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
