We are currently seeking seeking a Senior Program Manager to support our Army customer in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for providing leadership and supervision for 40+ personnel providing technical, analytical, and administrative support to the Deputy Assistance Secretary of the Army for Defense Export and Compliance (DASA DE&C). The Senior Program Manager will lead foreign military sales, security cooperation, and armaments cooperation activities routinely interacting with foreign military leaders. This position also entails planning, programming, budgeting, and developing policy and regulatory guidance for Army worldwide security cooperation. Required Education and Experience: Candidate at a minimum shall possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school and at least six (6) years of either security assistance and/or armaments cooperation experience. However, the requirement of a Bachelor's degree may be waived if the program manager has had at least ten (10) years of applied security assistance experience while serving as a uniformed member of the armed forces or a US government employee. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,707.20 to $127,060.80 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
