Responsibilities

Job Description:

Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with technical experience to join our team in the Vandenberg, CA area. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting to support the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, engage with key Army stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure critical deployment insights are shared with team members. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with engineering team members. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

    Deliver Initial User Training to Operational Units
  • Assist Course Instructors with Developing ASII-Specific Curriculum
  • Own Onsite Customer Engagement
  • Perform Initial Debugging and Ticket Triaging
  • Conduct Onsite Smoke Testing
  • Directly Support ASII Deliverables
  • Build user documentation and how-to's


Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Prior experience as a Palantir Gotham user is required
  • Strong Military Background (preferred Army intel experience)
  • Experience with intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and targeting capabilities, and/or the Distributed Common Ground System
  • Experience conducting user training programs or workshops
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50% of the time, if needed
  • This position is hybrid, with the ability to work remote when not onsite and/or traveling

Education & Certifications:

  • Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.

Security Clearance:

  • An Active Secret Clearance or above is REQUIRED, with the willingness and eligibility to obtain a TS Clearance; however, TS Clearance is preferred. Candidates that do not meet the clearance requirements will not be considered.
