Snowflake's Sales Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Planning Systems to join the Sales Planning and Compensation team. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert in the sales planning system, leveraging your experience from system implementation, model building, project management, and sales planning & operations. You will collaborate with Field Operations, Sales Planning, and Sales Compensation teams to improve existing models and create roadmaps for new ones using the planning system. Success in this role requires hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment model building at a certified solution architect level, along with a deep understanding of sales operations and planning. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
