In this role you will lead the day-to-day management and future strategy for a group of technology forward furniture products. In addition to product management responsibilities this highly skilled and motivated individual will be responsible for assisting in customer marketing activities, developing respective product training strategies, and maintaining sales channel relationships & development. What You Will Be Doing: Take ownership of and manage assigned product lines to achieve growth or profitability targets. Manage the day-to-day business needs, channel partners and sales teams' needs required of your assigned products through effective communication and problem solving. Identify growth opportunities both within the existing portfolio and with new products or offerings. Develop in-depth market segment knowledge and analyze trends to support strategic growth, sales strategies and training initiatives. Create and lead sales presentations and training for Steelcase and Dealer Sales and design partners. Own and refine the digital presence, sales resources, and other beneficial assets that assist in driving the growth and awareness of your assigned products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, related field or comparable working experience 3 - 5 years of marketing, product management or related experience is preferred Experience in market and/or industry analysis, opportunity exploration and selection, sales and marketing strategy and financial modeling. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree (MBA) preferred or equivalent working experience. Previous experience in a product development or product marketing role is a significant benefit.
