As Chief of Staff to the VP of Central Technology Labs team, you will be a strategic partner driving technology initiatives and organizational effectiveness across a dynamic technical organization. Working closely with the Labs' senior leadership, you will shape and execute the team's vision while orchestrating seamless collaboration across this team and stakeholder organizations.


Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine organization strategy, translating high-level vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Drive alignment across the senior executive's leadership team, ensuring cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the preparation and follow-up for key leadership meetings, including preparation of dashboards, status reports, and critical follow-through

Program Management & Operational Excellence

  • Lead program management for critical strategic initiatives, establishing governance frameworks and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination
  • Design and implement processes to track project health, resource allocation, and delivery metrics across this organization.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and risks, delivering data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Structure and facilitate executive decision-making through sharp analysis and actionable implementation plans

Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Architect and maintain executive communication channels, including regular updates, quarterly business reviews
  • Craft targeted communications for diverse stakeholder audiences on key business initiatives
  • Drive clarity and alignment through effective multi-channel communication

Executive Support

  • You will serve as a trusted advisor and accelerator for the VP's strategic priorities.
  • Support the senior executive with special projects eg. Conferences, meetings
  • Design and execute internal communication strategy through various channels including email campaigns, coffee talks, and team forums

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technology organizations, with at least 5 years in program management or operational roles
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred
  • Technical fluency enabling credible engagement with engineering teams and translation of complex concepts
  • Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs
  • Excellence in executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships

Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, strong leadership presence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and delivery excellence.

CA pay range: MIN $114,620 - MAX $191,030
