Job Description

DDN is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Manager to build and optimize the operational infrastructure that supports our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for creating scalable processes, managing partner programs, and ensuring Salesforce and other tools are effectively enabling our partners. The Senior Partner Operations Manager will support channel partners, global system integrators (GSIs), and cloud partners by driving operational excellence and aligning systems with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement operational processes to streamline partner engagement and enablement.
  • Ensure Salesforce and other tools support partner needs, including data tracking, deal registration, and partner workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to optimize partner programs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Define and manage KPIs for partner success, providing data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Act as a key liaison between partners and internal operations teams to address system or process gaps.
  • Support partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement through structured processes and automation.
  • Work closely with finance and sales teams to manage partner compensation structures, rebates, and incentives.
  • Establish governance and best practices for partner operations, ensuring scalability and consistency across regions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in partner workflows to enhance productivity and partner satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment of partner operations with broader revenue operations strategies and company objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related function, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems, including channel partners, GSIs, and cloud providers.
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and other partner management tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize partner programs and operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment between teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • West Coast location preferred, but open to remote candidates with strong qualifications.
