Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? The U.S. Strategy team at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is responsible for setting the long-term strategic direction for RBC U.S. The Strategy Senior Director helps design and oversee the strategic planning process. This colleague collaborates with the LOB executives and other cross-functional leaders to align strategies across the Bank and identify cross-LOB strategic initiatives. This colleague is a thought leader with the ability to turn vision into action, motivate others to achieve goals, and follow through on decisions. What will you do?

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $200,000-325,000 (New Jersey/California) depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements that comprise our total compensation package, which includes the following: commission sharing eligibility for select roles, a discretionary bonus, a paid time-off plan, our 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, and our health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
