DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will lead and oversee the clerical unit of Lawrence CAO, providing guidance and direction. Your responsibilities will include optimizing processes and applying best practices to improve operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will be tasked with training and orienting team members, managing schedules to maintain adequate coverage, and facilitating communication among different departments. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are negotiable 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $39,785 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2; or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- Hiring preference for this vacancy may be given to candidates who live within Lawrence County. If no eligible candidates who live within Lawrence County apply for this position, candidates who reside in other counties may be considered.
