Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will:

Appliesprocess improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
Provides group facilitation, interviewing training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
Provides daily supervision and direction.

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline.

Five (5) years of related experience to:

Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems
Conduct quality assurance tests and quality audits
Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation
Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and provide recommendations to address deficiencies
Oversee project team activities and monitors project taskings and milestones
Coordinate activities among multiple project teams
Supervisory experience
Microsoft Office including proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $80,100.00/Yr. - USD $133,700.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
