Are you passionate about employer branding and recruitment marketing? As a Talent Attraction Specialist at Hilti North America, you'll play a key role in driving top talent to our organization. You'll craft compelling content, manage digital recruitment marketing initiatives, and support employer branding efforts that make Hilti a destination employer.

What does the role involve?

As part of the Talent Attraction team, you'll create engaging content - social media posts, videos, blogs, and more - to attract top talent. You'll work closely with stakeholders to craft clear and impactful messaging, manage employer award submissions, and oversee job postings on various platforms.
Your work will also include:

  • Developing high-quality recruitment marketing communications, from copywriting to graphic design project management.
  • Engaging with talent communities through strategic campaigns.
  • Managing external employer brand sites like our own career site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Analyzing recruitment marketing KPIs and providing insights for improvement.
  • Manage our external award submission process from start to finish.
  • Supporting internal and external events to strengthen Hilti's employer brand.

What you need is:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or employer brand / Talent Acquisition
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, including experience with organic social media and blog writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Previous experience in employer branding or Talent Acquisition is preferred.
