Vice President (VP) of Revenue Operations and Strategy
Location: Washington D.C / McLean, VA

The VP of Revenue Operations and Strategy will play a pivotal role in steering Exiger's revenue growth initiatives. This executive will be responsible for aligning and optimizing the company's sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive scalable and predictable revenue streams. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a proven track record in high-growth environments within the SaaS/B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with Exiger's growth objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive annual revenue planning cycles and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and influence new processes and technologies that support global sales initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to provide insights into performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Ensure proper analysis of customer health metrics and proactively mitigate retention risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Mentor team members to achieve their career goals.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field within SaaS/B2B environments.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, or equivalent), ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Expertise in go-to-market process design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve shared objectives.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in the data and AI software industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue operations in a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and intelligence operations.
