What You'll Do We are seeking an experienced, skilled B2B Senior Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing efforts targeting both prospective and existing clients in a B2B financial environment. As the Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing operations teams to develop email campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services to our audience. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy self-starter with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for delivering outstanding results. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and implement marketing emails and email campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates the value of our market position, products, and services.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze and report on email marketing data. Own and regularly update email reporting metrics and KPIs at a detailed level.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and other tactics to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
- Synthesize email performance data into clear insights and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing the email channel.
- Work with the content team to create segment-specific, brand-appropriate content for emails, and enforce brand standards on all email assets.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
You Should Have QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with extensive expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (e.g., Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect for syncing Salesforce CRM data, along with knowledge of sender authentication, IP warming, and deliverability best practices.
- Proven track record in segmentation, personalization, and automation within a B2B financial or regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content that resonates with the target audience.
- Practical HTML/CSS knowledge for designing and troubleshooting responsive email templates.
- Self-starter mindset, with a deep curiosity for new technologies, emerging marketing trends, and best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
