• 3-5 Years of experience in customer facing support role, tier 1 and/or tier 2.
• At least 2 years experience in Software Development, Copilot Studio experience is an advantage.
• Experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and/or supporting Office 365 applications.

• Prior Experience with Service Now as a Help Desk Agent
• Experience with LLMs and Creation of AI Agents using Low Code Platforms (GPT, Copilot Studio, Copilot 365 Agents)
• Experience in Prompt Engineering (courses preferred)
• Prior Experience in SharePoint development or support is a plus

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $154,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
