Description
As a Solutions Marketing Manager, Global Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Sinch's partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, Applications and Global Partnerships, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key global partnerships, working closely with partners, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate adoption, revenue, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Define target audience segments and tailor strategies to address specific pain points and goals.
- Partner GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sinch's global partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that highlight the joint value of Sinch and its partners.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools and training they need to effectively position and sell partner-driven solutions.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the demand generation team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth for partner solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
- Partner Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners' marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive joint marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or partner marketing in the B2B tech or SaaS space.
- Experience working with global technology partners and developing joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions into compelling narratives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and organizations.
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
- Familiarity with cloud communications, CPaaS, messaging, or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms, CRMs, ERPs, retail industry a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

The annual starting salary for this position is between $118,310 - $147,888. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
