Mold Line Operator

Pro Staff is looking for a dedicated Mold Line Operator to join our team in Cold Spring, MN. Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 5 AM - 2 PM
• Friday: 5 AM - 11 PM
• Pay: $20.50 per hour

At Pro Staff, we offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions help shape monumental projects. As a Mold Line Operator, you'll work through a 10-job rotation, performing essential tasks to create high-quality sand castings for memorial plates. Your duties will include:

Responsibilities:

• Mold set-up and preparation
• Riddling and operation of sand machines
• Strike-off operation and roll-over/set-up operations
• Opening, pulling patterns, and closing molds
• Pattern cleaning and maintenance
• Ensuring consistent quality and efficiency throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Some experience in machine/mold operation preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
