Shift Details:



  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with power tools and machine operation



Machine Operator Responsibilities:



  • Safely operate equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management to meet production schedules.
  • Assist with training new team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a shop environment (noise, dust, odors, and varying temperatures).
  • Steel-toed boots required.
