Talent Acquisition Coordinator SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking Talent Acquisition Coordinator with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team members to move applicants effectively and efficiently through the recruiting process while providing an exceptional candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in the hiring process and partner with HR team members to coordinate an exceptional new hire experience. Manage and maintain project spreadsheets with hiring information, and monitor/respond to HR inquiries and project requests. Collaborate with Administrative Assistants on projects and assist in resolving issues that may arise. Ensure pre-employment processes are complete, including monitoring drug screens, reviewing background check results, and dispositioning candidates per OFCCP guidelines. Support scheduled hires by sending orientation checklists and providing guidance on onboarding processes. Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud (ORC), assisting internal customers and candidates with system-related inquiries. Recruit for Craft positions and perform full-cycle recruiting, including attending job fairs and managing referral processes. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
